Stan Erhart

Growing up on a Kansas farm exposed Stan to hard work, John Deere tractors, and the twang of country music. His curiosity was fueled early on by horn players, AM/FM pop music, and a foggy memory of Louie 'Satchmo' Armstrong wiping his brow at a Kansas City performance. Stage bands and garage bands ultimately led to a music degree, laying a foundation on which to build through years of club work in Chicago... before moving to San Francisco to form his own band.

Today, The Stan Erhart Band brings its soulful mix of Blues, R&B, Rock, & Jazz to audiences all over the Bay Area and beyond. Signature grooves and dynamics, combined with a 'drive fast & take chances' attitude, are key to their success. Every performance is new, and every performance counts.
